Toad Hollow Trail Riders

Weekend recap from the NYSSA Forum in Lake Placid.
This past weekend our club participated in the annual SLEDNY Educational forum & NYSSA annual meeting where we interacted with other clubs, browsed and learned from various vendors (a lot of groomers) participated in classes such as first aid/cpr, trails & safety/education committee discussion, as well as the annual meeting.

We learned & laughed with others who also have a passion and love of this sport.

After 51 years of hard work, dedication and often times waiting on Mother Nature to get her crap together, we are very proud to say we earned the CLUB OF THE YEAR AWARD!

The commitment and time it takes to keep this alive does not go unseen. The past board members & members who built this group- up to the current ones, have all given and continue to give countless hours to keep going.

There are always hurdles. Some years, like this one, we do all of it for what seems like nothing. But, it’s never for nothing!

It’s continuing a legacy that many started all those years ago for the love of this sport.

It’s for the life long memories, stories and friends who turn into family. This is why we do it!

Congratulations to all the TOADS!! We are in fact- TOAD-ALLY AWESOME! 💚Photos from Toad Hollow Trail Riders's post
