Jeff

Nice RR as usual. I followed your trail out this afternoon, from Onondaga Hill all the way to Canty Hill. I kept going from there until Preble.

I ran into a major trail change south of Ryan Rd. After you go through that little swampy section, you used to go up a hill, get a good look at Otisco Lake, and then ride some fields. Now they have rerouted the trail away from the hill, and worse yet, have you going about a 1/2 mile on a road. The road is marked poorly. Do you guys know what's going on?

On Oct 27th we had another trail work day that was posted on this site and once again next to no one showed up ! Last saturday ..the 20th, we had a total of six people. If we don't get more help we won't be able to get the work done before the trails open up!! With over 300 club members now three or four people turning out for a work detail is rediculous!!. Again ,many thanks to all who have helped in any shape or form ! We really appreciate it !! I will try calling today and this week to organize some work for nov. 1st. Keep in mind that we have to try to get this all done before deer season opens up !

I think we can all agree the trails were a bit rough Saturday due the the large volume of riders coupled with the brutal winds across the fields and hedgerows the day before. So take that and add 100+ riders over the course of the day and you get rough trail conditions. that was my point.

I think you mistook my comment on the corners and hills and my owning a Rev for me saying that I ride like a jerk and rip out of every corner and leave piles of snow every chance I get. Well you couldn't be more wrong. I do my best to leave the trails as smooth as I had them so please don't mae assumptions like that.

It'sfeb. 19th and some things never change .Riding on very ungroomed trails where the signage has been run over last week at nite in a whiteout gets u places u didn't want to be in the current whiteout .needless to say the kids in this neck o' the woods could care less ! They run short distances and rip it up in u'r face to show u how cool they r . but don't have a clue about reality .When sat. I just about broad sided one o' them in broad daylite between Jack's Reef and the store 100 ft. away because he passed me @ 70 mph and turned right in front o' me to stop and talk to his buddies . thought is was funny until, my helmet was swinging, My WIFE has greater power than she knows ! PLEASE DON'T TELL HER . We finished another 30 mile away .
